About the Role

RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of our nation in defending the United States and its interests. 


This position is located at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.



What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the COMSEC Manager/Security Specialist Senior Principal in support of the Reagan Test Site (RTS) at the US Army Garrison - Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA)
  • Oversee the management of COMSEC material in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) Central Security Service (CSS) Policy Manual 3-16 and related COMSEC directives.
  • Maintain the COMSEC functions for multiple COMSEC customers and manage proper receipt, transfer, accountability, security, and disposition of related keying material and equipment
  • Conduct COMSEC secure equipment and classified keying material inspections, inventories, transfers, and maintenance, and other related COMSEC support and oversight activities
  • Perform the duties of the OPSEC and Resource Protection Manager
  • Support company and/or US Government assessments and implement security measures to meet requirements
  • Interpret and administer security doctrine, provide clear guidance to company & customer personnel, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures, as appropriate

  • Conduct & support internal company and/or other customer security reviews
  • Participate in technical meetings with internal / external customers and coordinate security requirements for mission operations
  • Conduct security incident / violation investigations and formal report investigation results, as required
  • Compile data and provide necessary metrics and/or performance highlights
  • Perform any other security related duties as assigned by the RETS Security Manager and comply with established security processes and procedures
  • Provide security support to special program growth initiatives 
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in security related field
  • Eight (8) + years of relevant security which includes COMSEC, collateral, SAP, SCI, and/or information security experience 
  • Detailed knowledge in cryptographic techniques including use of Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), crypto key generation and distribution
  • Classification management experience to include security classification guide (SCG) interpretation for derivative classification decision making purposes
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive C compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and SAP approvals
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Valid U.S. Passport prior to start date 
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands


Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Five (5) + years experience in cryptographic techniques including use of Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), crypto key generation and distribution
  • Extensive knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM) and awareness of SCI/SAP DoDM, DoDI, and ICDs
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain SPeD, Special Program Security Credential (SPSC), Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Industrial Security Oversight Certification (ISOC), as required
  • Excellent leadership/communication skills capable of leading a diverse team in a dynamic operational environment while maintaining positive, on-going relationships with internal / external customers
  • Disciplined, self-motivated candidate capable of working in an independent or team setting with minimal direction
  • Thorough understanding of what constitutes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and / or Company Proprietary information and safeguarding methods to prevent unauthorized access
