GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Floating Grounds Technician to join our dynamic property management team in Fresno, CA!

In this role, you’ll help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall curb appeal of our communities—making a meaningful impact on the resident experience every day.

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, working 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay rate for this role is $17.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain pristine community grounds by:
  • Picking up litter
  • Emptying trash receptacles
  • Power washing as needed
  • De-webbing
  • Sweeping parking lots and walkways
• Collaborate with your manager to prioritize daily tasks and service needs.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused interactions with residents.
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and top-notch curb appeal.

Requirements

Requirements for Grounds Technician:

• Minimum of 1 year of grounds, maintenance, or related experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Demonstrates consistency, reliability, and takes pride in quality work
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible and able to take direction well
• Enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to work across two apartment communities as needed
• Valid California driver’s license
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm = 40 hours per week
