The Opportunity

The Assistant Manager role is critical to delivering strong business performance, an exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing team environment. You will contribute to sales, operations, and team success while ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and consistently.


What You’ll Do

  •  Support daily operations, customer experience, and site performance
  •  Drive sales performance and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships
  •  Maintain site standards including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
  •  Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
  •  Resolve customer concerns and support retention
  •  Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
