At Oak Orchard Health, our Patient Service Representatives are often the first friendly face our patients see. This role will play an important role helping individuals and families—especially within our local agricultural communities—access the care they need.
We’re looking for someone dependable, welcoming, and eager to learn. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred to help us better serve our diverse patient population.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Verify patient information and insurance
- Support a smooth, organized front desk experience
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred
