They also lead continuous improvement projects and develop warehouse layout proposals to optimize operations and ensure safety compliance.

Job Description
This Job is in charge of all internal logistics activities within the plant, they develop the systems and
tools related and are responsible for the proper application within the complete value stream
(inbound – production – outbound ), such as Kanban, PFEP & internal material flow from
warehouse to point of use.
Core activities:
60%:
- Responsible of all procedures, work instructions and documents related to internal logistics applicable to material flow between Warehouse & production lines.
- Evaluate and Improve internal Logistic activities and tools related to material supply within the lines, material movements (internal milk-runs),WIP and point of use studies including parts presentations in the lines. (Optimized material qty at each necessary area.
- Responsible to keep up to day PFEP(Plan For Every Part) tool and its maintenance.
- Responsible of continuous improvement activities related to internal logistics within their area of responsibility with active participation on the daily with the warehouse team.
- Projects activities
40%:
- Actively participate on projects at warehouse area in order to keep standard activities with in the plant related & follow continues improvement in their areas.
- Responsible to generate layout proposals within the warehouses to improve processes, flows and operations, in compliance with ergonomics and traffic flow standards to mitigate any security risk.
Qualifications
- The position requires: Analytic, Enthusiasm, Optimistic, Self-starter, Perseverant, Pro-active skills.
- Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, experience in use of SAP is advantage.
- well organized.
- 2 years’ experience on Engineering level in Automotive Electronics.
- Advanced English is a must
