Position: Human Resources Manager
Type: Salary, Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: Up to $120k per year (base salary + performance bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team and manage all department functions end-to-end, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, and payroll.
- Manage labor costs effectively by overseeing staffing levels, controlling overtime, and ensuring proper meal and rest break compliance.
- Resolve all legal and employee relations matters promptly, including investigations, disputes, and potential litigation.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee documentation and personnel files at all times in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Champion a strong organizational culture focused on employee training, development, engagement, and motivation.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable California Labor Laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Experience: 3+ years of managing HR for 200+ employee company in California (preferred)
