About the Role

Overview

Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective and current clients through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations—both within your assigned territory and in open, non-exclusive areas.
  • Craft compelling, well-structured proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales leadership, finance, and logistics to align efforts and achieve goals.
  • Highlight the unique value of the company’s products and services while benchmarking against competitors.
  • Deliver regular updates to management through detailed reports on customer interactions, market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conventions to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Support team objectives by contributing to shared goals and stepping in where needed to ensure success.
  • Ensure CRM software is up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. College degree in business preferred.
  • Three to five years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
  • Overnight travel required up to 50%. Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Basic computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Excel.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
