לצוות SAP של יחידת מערכות המידע בארגון הג’וינט אנו מגייסים בודק/ת ומטמיע/ת SAP לתפקיד המשלב תמיכה שוטפת במערכת חיה בלב פעילות הארגון (רכש, תקציבים ועוד), לצד עבודה פרויקטאלית במסגרת מעבר הארגון ל SAP S/4HANA.

העבודה מתבצעת כחלק מצוות מקצועי ובשיתוף פעולה שוטף עם צוותי IT ,יועצים וספקים חיצוניים וגורמים עסקיים בארץ ובחו״ל.

תיאור התפקיד:

• תמיכה שוטפת במשתמשי הארגון במערכת SAP חיה : מענה לפניות, חקירת תקלות, תחקור הצורך העסקי וליווי מלא עד סגירת מעגל.
• פרויקט מעבר ל‑SAP S/4HANA : הרצת בדיקות End‑to‑End של תהליכים עסקיים מקצה‑לקצה בסביבות שונות.
• בדיקות, תיעוד והטמעה: כתיבת תסריטי בדיקות, תיעוד תקלות, מעקב אחר תיקונן, ביצוע בדיקות חוזרות והטמעת השינויים במערכת.
• חקירה עצמאית של תקלות: אבחון מקור הבעיה ,קסטומיזציה / פיתוח / קונפיגורציה ,עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח וספקים חיצוניים כולל וביצוע בדיקות חוזרות עד סגירה מלאה.
• ביצוע קסטומיזציות שוטפות בהתאם לצרכים תפעוליים ופרויקטליים, כתיבת אפיונים פונקציונליים וטכניים, עבודה ב‑SPRO והנחיית מפתחים לגבי פיתוחים נדרשים.
• כתיבת מדריכי משתמש וחומרי הדרכה, והטמעת תהליכים ושינויים תפעוליים ופרויקטליים במערכת.
• עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים וגלובליים: צוותי IT ,גורמים עסקיים (כולל רכש ותקציבים), ספקים חיצוניים ומשתמשים בארץ ובחו״ל, על מנת להבטיח שהמערכת תומכת בתהליכים העסקיים של הארגון.

דרישות התפקיד:

• שנתיים ניסיון בהטמעת מערכת SAP במודולים שונים, כולל ניסיון בכתיבת אפיונים טכניים, אפיונים פונקציונאליים, והטמעתם במערכת- חובה.
• ניסיון משמעותי ב SPRO – חובה
• ניסיון במודולי רכש וWorkflow - MM, WF - יתרון משמעותי
• יכולת לנהל שיחות באנגלית עם משתמשים ולקוחות בחו"ל- חובה
• ניסיון בהטמעת מעבר מערכת ה-SAP מ-ECC ל-SAP S/4HANA - יתרון 
• תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי /קורס מיישמי SAP - יתרון

SAP Tester and Implementer

The Joint (JDC), the world’s leading Jewish humanitarian assistance organization, seeks to hire SAP Tester and Implementer to join our SAP team within the IT department.

The SAP Tester and Implementer role combines ongoing support of a live production system at the heart of the organization’s operations (procurement, budgets, and more), alongside project‑based work as part of the organization’s transition to SAP S/4HANA.

The position is carried out as part of a professional team and involves close, ongoing collaboration with IT teams, consultants and external vendors, as well as business stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Job Description:

• Ongoing support for organizational users in a live SAP system: responding to user requests, investigating incidents, analyzing business needs, and providing full end‑to‑end support until complete resolution.
• SAP S/4HANA migration project: execution of end‑to‑end testing of full business processes across multiple environments.
• Testing, documentation, and implementation: writing test scripts, documenting defects, tracking fixes, performing retesting, and implementing system changes.
• Independent investigation of system issues: diagnosing root causes (customizing / development / configuration), working with development teams and external vendors, and performing retesting until full closure.
• Execution of ongoing customizations according to operational and project needs, writing functional and technical specifications, working in SPRO, and guiding developers regarding required developments.
• Writing user guides and training materials, and implementing operational and project‑related processes and system changes.
• Work with multiple and global interfaces: IT teams, business stakeholders (including procurement and budgeting), external vendors, and users in Israel and abroad, in order to ensure the system supports the organization’s business processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in SAP system implementation across various modules, including experience writing technical specifications, functional specifications, and implementing them in the system – mandatory.
• Significant experience with SPRO – mandatory.
• Experience with procurement and workflow modules – MM, WF – significant advantage.
• Ability to conduct conversations in English with users and customers abroad – mandatory.
• Experience in implementing an SAP system migration from ECC to SAP S/4HANA – advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field / SAP implementation course – advantage.
