About the Role

Mar-Bella Collection: A family-owned group of four award winning five-star luxury hotels, dotted around the Ionian Sea in Greece & curated to suit the ever-changing needs of guests across different stages of their life. Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Bartender to join the Avali team for 2026 in Corfu

Duties & Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service
Produces cocktails and garnishes according to the brand standards
Bar stock and inventory management in the area of responsibility
Anticipates guests’ needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the area of responsibility
Ensuring a smooth transition handover between shifts
Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction
Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Handling end of shift reports and closing in conjunction with the reception

Qualifications

Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or bar
Good knowledge in POS Systems
Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
Good knowledge of wines, spirits and mixology techniques
Diploma of bar school will be considered an asset
