We're looking for a Senior Video Editor

As a Senior Video Editor, you are the lead storyteller in post-production, responsible for shaping the project's final narrative and overseeing the entire editing process. You guide the creative direction of the edit, manage the post-production workflow, and ensure the final product exceeds creative and technical expectations.

Job Requirements

Shape the Narrative: Take the lead in defining the creative direction of the edit, making critical decisions about story structure, pacing, tone, and emotional impact.
Oversee Post-Production Workflow: Manage the entire editing process from the initial rough cut to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
Lead and Mentor Editors: Supervise and mentor Video Editors and Assistant Editors, providing clear creative guidance, technical assistance, and constructive feedback on their work.
Quality Control: Act as the final checkpoint for all video content, conducting comprehensive reviews for narrative cohesion, technical quality, and brand alignment before client delivery.
Collaborate with Department Leads: Work closely with department leads to ensure a unified and high-quality final product

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communication or any related field
At least From 3- 5 years of experience in working in the same position
Previous Experience in Marketing & Advertising Agencies is a must
Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and Adobe Premiere and After Effects tools
Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills
Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities
Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability

Working Days/Hours: Sunday (Fixed Work From Home Day), From Monday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM or 11:00AM to 7:00PM
