About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Test Engineer to join our team in MATAM, Haifa. The role involves hands-on operation of environmental test equipment, executing environmental qualification tests, analyzing results, and supporting product reliability and validation activities.

What will your job look like?

Perform environmental testing according to defined procedures and standards
Operate and maintain environmental test equipment (thermal chambers, vibration systems, humidity chambers, etc.)
Develop and execute automated and computerized test sequences
Analyze test data and prepare clear technical reports
Work closely with engineering teams and external customers during test activities
Support equipment calibration and ensure proper operation of laboratory systems
Troubleshoot test setups and ensure accurate and reliable results
Work independently while managing multiple test activities

All you need is:

B.Sc. or higher Engineering degree in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in environmental testing or a similar role
Hands-on experience operating environmental test equipment
Experience with computerized test automation systems
Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills
Experience working with customers and cross‑functional teams
Familiarity with equipment calibration and laboratory practices
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
