About this Role

You’ll join a fast-moving product team and take full ownership of Duve’s AI domain, shaping how AI transforms the guest experience and hotel operations end-to-end. From conversational AI and automation to content generation and data-driven insights, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of AI-powered products across the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and user experience, requiring you to solve complex, ambiguous problems and turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable, scalable, and high-impact features used by hospitality brands worldwide.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B2C SaaS environment, with proven ownership of at least one AI-based product or feature from ideation to launch.
  • Strong understanding of both end-user needs and business goals, with the ability to balance guest experience and operational impact.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI-related features/products end-to-end.
  • Comfortable defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions and measure product success.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture, with the ability to work closely with engineering and challenge solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and clearly articulate product decisions.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile teams with an iterative development approach.



What you'll do

  • Own Duve’s AI domain end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, building products that create measurable value for both guests and hotel partners, across conversational AI, automation, and insights.
  • Translate real user needs and business goals into scalable AI-driven solutions that improve guest experience, increase automation, and drive revenue to hotels.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and R&D to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and bring AI capabilities into real customer workflows.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving integrations with hotel providers, messaging platforms, and other third-party systems, ensuring reliable and scalable execution.
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize product performance using data, user feedback, and experimentation.
  • Align stakeholders around clear priorities and product direction, turning ambiguous opportunities into structured, actionable plans.
