Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions.
• Establish and modify process management projects to improve efficiency.
• Control process parameters for various semiconductor equipment with proven expertise.
• Assess, advocate for, and strategize new detection method to maintain a leading position in the industry.
• Analyze and improve abnormalities to maintain a strictly high standard of performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to compete and determine the best course of action in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to successfully implement projects.
