Job Summary
The Documentation Administrator is responsible for independently handling administrative tasks and coordinating support activities. This role works autonomously and may guide other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide documents for customers' check and review.
  • Provide PDB (Product data book), VDB (Vender data book) and FDB (final data book).
  • Communicate with other department and gain related documents.
  • Maintain SAP data.
  • Perform other duties manager assigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, min 5 years relating experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle non-routine tasks.
  • Proficiency in office tools and SAPsystems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
