As a Cielo Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. 

  • Work Location: Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea 
  • Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days in office 
  • Language(s): Korean and English
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Local Time)

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Recruitment – Korea

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies
  • Review and screen applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assess candidate qualifications and conduct initial interviews
  • Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to role requirements
  • Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly to prospective candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Support offer management, including market benchmarking and offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular recruitment reporting
  • Ensure strict compliance with Korean labor laws, personal data protection regulations, and internal policies

Regional Coordination – JPAC

  • Provide recruitment coordination support for roles across the JPAC region
  • Support interview scheduling, offer processing, and onboarding activities
  • Coordinate background checks, medical checks, and reference verification where applicable
  • Update candidate status accurately in recruitment systems
  • Provide administrative and operational recruitment support to the regional team

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration
  • Business-level Korean and English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
