Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Home health experience preferred, but not required
