Lower School Head Teacher (K-3)

Master&rsquo;s Degree Preferred</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Minimum two years of Lead Teaching Experience in an elementary classroom</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">Preferred&nbsp;</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Demonstrates a passion for and recognition of the importance of an all-girls learning community</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience with Responsive Classroom</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Commitment to Culturally Responsive Practices and fostering a Community of Belonging</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience working with an inquiry-based math program, a robust literacy program, and an integrated social studies curriculum</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are of particular interest, as our students learn Spanish starting in Kindergarten</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proficiency with digital tools such as Seesaw, Canvas, and the Google Suite for Education&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">Compensation: The compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience; the range is $75,000 to $130,000</p><p><strong>How To Apply: Interested candidates should submit a r&eacute;sum&eacute; and cover letter.
