Rosauers began as a Spokane-based business since the 1940's when Merton Rosauer purchased his first little grocery store. Over the years, Rosauers has grown to include Rosauers Food & Drug stores, Super 1 Foods and Huckleberry's Natural Markets. We proudly serve the Inland Pacific Northwest, with over 20 stores located throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. In Washington, we serve the Ellensburg, Yakima, Colville, Spokane, Colfax and Walla Walla communities. Our Idaho locations can be found in Moscow & Lewiston. In Montana, our stores are in Libby, Kalispell, Missoula and Bozeman. And in Oregon, customers can find us in Hood River.

At Rosauers Supermarkets, a Helper Clerk is so much more than a helping hand—they're vital to offering an effortlessly delightful shopping experience. In this role, you'll ensure that every customer interaction is rooted in kindness and every shopping journey concludes with a sincere smile. Your diligence in bagging items with care, aiding customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment turns mundane tasks into genuine, uplifting interactions. With a focus on detail and a passion for service, you'll ensure that each customer leaves our store with not only their goods but also a lasting impression of outstanding service that is unmistakably Rosauers.

What you’ll do

Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
Assisting customers and cashiers to verify prices.
Help unpack boxes when new shipments arrive.
Keep the parking lot clean and organized.
Providing customers with a carry-out service if required.
Process special orders for items that are currently out of stock.
Put price tags or stickers on items.
Perform price checks for cashiers or customers.
Display sales signs on selected shelves or racks.
Assist customers in locating items.
Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
