Bartender - Swing/Grave

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned).

 · Prepares beverages for guests

· Replenishes beverages as requested by guests and verifies guest satisfaction.

· Acts as cashier for beverage outlet and ensures balanced monies.

· Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies to the bar and bar areas

· Inputs orders into a point of sale machine and create check for each guest/party.

· Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of bar areas, including beverage coolers.

· Operate the cash register, soda gun, liquor gun, blender, knife, corkscrew, telephone, and ice scoop. 

· Ability to memorize all available drinks, as well as how to make each drink. 

· Check for expiration dates on all perishable products.

· Complies with all Federal, State, and Local Laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety.

· Perform opening and closing side work as required.

· Ensure that co-workers have necessary supplies to efficiently provide superior guest service.

· Ability to work effectively with co-workers, management and guests of the casino. 

· Performs additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements

A minimum of one year’s previous experience is preferred. Must be professional and friendly and be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be over the age of 21.

Language Ability:

Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.
