Description

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for 2 Avion Hospitality managed hotels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic sales initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record in sales management and regional market development.

Previous hotels sales management experience preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.

- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the region.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel sales management, preferably in the hotel industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed.
