Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Esthetician (required)
- Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
What You’ll Do:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, quality, and exceptional client care
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support growth and efficiency
Team Development
- Recruit, onboard, and support spa team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where growth is encouraged
Client Experience
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
- Address client questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Develop and enhance loyalty programs to build long-term client relationships
Financial & Inventory Oversight
- Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities
- Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives
- Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities
