We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator for Research Project related to the digital modernization of Hong Kong’s early childhood education sector. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Conducting literature search;
- Recruiting participants and collecting data;
- Assisting in conducting intervention and in-depth interviews;
- Performing quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis;
- Drafting final report and dissemination report; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by principal investigator.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies:
- A Bachelors’ degree or above, preferably in Education, Educational Technology or Social Sciences;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Be responsible and highly motivated;
- Able to work independently and in a team; and
- Preferably with experience in educational research.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
