WANTED: Detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting career in a collaborative legal environment where accuracy and teamwork are valued.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy
Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Support accounting operations across multiple systems during system transitions
Work within a legal practice management software
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation
Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $56,000 – $62,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
1 - 3+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
