STARTING PAY OF $20.00 - 25.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Sterling Tree& Lawn is hiring a Landscaping Laborer to join our team. Our ideal candidate takes pride in landscaping, enjoys working with their hands, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks, including site prep, grading, planting, and installing sod, pavers, and mulch.
• Read and interpret design drawings to bring outdoor projects to life.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment for landscaping tasks.
• Ensure properties are left clean and well-maintained after each job.
• Assist with other duties as needed—no two days are the same!

Requirements

• Landscaping experience preferred but not required, along with experience operating and maintaining equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly.
