Your Role

As a Cook, you’ll prepare meals with precision and care, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards and enhances the guest experience. You’ll maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment while working collaboratively with your team. This role is ideal for someone who leads with Integrity, communicates with Social Intelligence, and approaches each shift with Grit and a Stronger Together mindset. What You’ll Do

  • Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications
  • Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory
  • Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
  • Ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, with high quality and timeliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Properly date, store, and rotate food items
  • Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • Skilled in using kitchen tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for measuring and portioning

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous kitchen line experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Food Handlers Card required
