Lure Fish House is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor. We are looking for individuals who want to work and be a part of a great team. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our BOH employees
  • Work closely with the Kitchen Manager
  • Creating schedules
  • Manage labor, food costs and receive inventory
  • Organize and clean kitchen
  • Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce
  • Execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks
  • Cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner
  • Maintain work area in clean and safe way
  • Use of deep fryer

Qualifications:

  • Able to speak primary language of the kitchen
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
  • Must work with sense of urgency
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Able to effectively problem solve
