Assistant Events Coordinator
Location: Meridian| Full-Time | $30/hr + Performance Bonuses

We’re looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator who’s organized, driven, and ready to make
an impact—not just fill a role.


What You’ll Do

- Research and identify high-quality events
- Manage full booking process from application to confirmation
- Communicate with event organizers and internal teams
- Maintain calendars, event lists, and documentation
- Negotiate pricing, sponsorships, and booth placement
- Track payments, reports, and documentation


What We’re Looking For


- 2+ years in event coordination, marketing, or related field (or associate’s degree)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Compensation & Bonuses
- $30/hour (bi-monthly pay)

-Uncapped bonuses

Requirements

  • 2+ years previous experience in Event and/or Retail Marketing or other related fields and/or an Associates degree
  • Ability to build rapport with all internal and external contacts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Relationship Building
  • Adaptability
