Job Description
The Service Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of service operations. This position involves coordinating account activities, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a reliable point of contact between internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day account activities for assigned clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and service requests

- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for both clients and management
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication
