About the Role
Assists the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients and patient care areas. Identifies, prepares, packages, labels and delivers medications, including sterile products, under the supervision of a pharmacist. Must obtain Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration by June 28, 2026.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience
General Experience in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician training program or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
Licenses
Certified Pharmacy Technician Required
PA Registered Pharm Tech Required
Education
