About the Role

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking polished and service-driven bussers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Bussers play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and management in delivering seamless guest experiences.

YOUR ROLE

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings in dining and service areas throughout the shift
  • Support guest service by greeting guests and assisting servers and managers as needed
  • Ensure service stations are fully stocked with silverware, dishes, napkins, ice, and condiments
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous support in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining positive guest and co-worker relationships
  • Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
