About the Role

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking polished and service-driven bussers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Bussers play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and management in delivering seamless guest experiences.

YOUR ROLE

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings in dining and service areas throughout the shift
Support guest service by greeting guests and assisting servers and managers as needed
Ensure service stations are fully stocked with silverware, dishes, napkins, ice, and condiments
Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous support in a fast-paced environment
Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining positive guest and co-worker relationships
Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

REQUIREMENTS

1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
