Summary:
Support the Federal Bridge File Project by researching, compiling, and digitizing bridge documentation.
Responsibilities:
Research and compile bridge files from multiple systems
Scan, convert (TIF to PDF), and organize documents
Audit files and document any gaps or issues
Coordinate with archive teams for missing data
Maintain records, track progress, and prepare reports
Requirements:
1+ year experience in file research, auditing, and digitization
Knowledge of file conversion and digital storage systems
Strong Excel skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and handle detailed tasks
Preferred:
Experience with large-scale documentation or archival projects
