About the Role

As Marketing Lead, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives that create measurable commercial value across Farmlands. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, taking high-impact opportunities from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and optimisation.

  • Use customer data and insights to inform targeting, messaging and ongoing performance improvement.

  • Work with media and creative agency partners, and the in-house studio, to manage end-to-end campaign delivery

  • Ensure all marketing activity and creative output is on-brand, authentic and resonates with rural customers and shareholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, regional leaders, and retail stakeholders — translating frontline insight into more relevant, better-executed marketing.

Mōhou ake | About you

  • 5+ years’ marketing management and campaign experience across a wide range of marketing channels and tactics.

  • Sound knowledge of marketing strategy and execution across B2B, B2C and service industries.

  • Demonstrated experience using data and customer insights to inform practice and campaigns.

  • Excellent planning and programme management skills.

  • A collaborative, creative mindset with the ability to influence, lead and deliver high-quality outcomes.
