Construction Manager, KSA

The Construction Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of building works by overseeing all on-site construction activities. By driving safe, high-quality, and efficient execution, the role ensures that projects are completed in line with schedule, cost, and contractual requirements. Through strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams and effective leadership of site resources, this position directly impacts project performance, client satisfaction, and the overall success of the project.

What You’ll Drive

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities related to building works, including civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate construction resources, including site teams, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials.
• Translate project schedules into execution plans and monitor progress, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Contribute to technical deliverables such as method statements, planning, and execution strategies.
• Set clear direction and expectations for construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all works comply with contract specifications, approved drawings, standards, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and commercial teams.
• Resolve technical and execution issues and manage site coordination challenges.
• Support subcontractor selection and oversee their performance and compliance.
• Monitor quantities, productivity, and resource utilization to support cost control.
• Maintain communication with the client and participate in key project and site meetings.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
• Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, and constraints to the Project Manager.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and life-saving rules.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Possess relevant professional certifications (an advantage).
• Have a minimum of 12–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role within building projects.
• Demonstrate proven experience managing major building construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
