• Provide senior‑level HSE advisory and leadership across infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, and UAE HSE regulatory requirements.
• Lead HSE planning, risk assessments, and approvals for NDRC microtunneling and underground works.
• Advise project management on high‑risk activities, controls, and mitigation measures.
• Oversee HSE audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain best‑in‑class safety performance.
• Lead investigations of incidents and drive preventive and improvement actions.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and contractors during inspections, audits, and reviews.
• Mentor HSE teams and promote a strong safety culture and zero‑harm mindset.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HSE (preferred)

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma
• IOSH / CMIOSH
• Lead Auditor – ISO 45001 / ISO 14001

Experience

• Minimum 15 years’ HSE experience in large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects
• Proven experience on Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and RTA projects
• Strong background in NDRC microtunneling and underground works
• Demonstrated success in managing HSE for high‑risk, live utility, and urban projects in the UAE
