OVERVIEW
The Online Brand Protection Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the brand’s digital presence by identifying and removing counterfeit products and other illicit content across e-commerce platforms and websites. This role requires strong expertise in online brand protection, a solid understanding of platform ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage online brand protection initiatives in collaboration with external vendors.
- Oversee vendor performance, including defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and optimizing cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key online platforms to support risk assessment and enforcement actions.
- Deliver regular reporting, insights, and risk analysis to stakeholders.
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and enforcement strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Online Brand Protection (OBP).
- Strong understanding of intellectual property (IP) laws and enforcement practices.
- Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms and specialized OBP vendors.
- Familiarity with APAC online platforms and social media ecosystems is a plus.
- Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, global environments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
