OVERVIEW

The Online Brand Protection Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the brand’s digital presence by identifying and removing counterfeit products and other illicit content across e-commerce platforms and websites. This role requires strong expertise in online brand protection, a solid understanding of platform ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage online brand protection initiatives in collaboration with external vendors. 
  • Oversee vendor performance, including defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and optimizing cost efficiency. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key online platforms to support risk assessment and enforcement actions. 
  • Deliver regular reporting, insights, and risk analysis to stakeholders. 
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and enforcement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in Online Brand Protection (OBP). 
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property (IP) laws and enforcement practices. 
  • Proven experience working with e-commerce platforms and specialized OBP vendors. 
  • Familiarity with APAC online platforms and social media ecosystems is a plus. 
  • Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, global environments. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
