As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first to welcome our guests and set the tone for their dining experience with warmth, professionalism, and extreme hospitality. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is attentive to detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized environment that makes every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a warm and welcoming first impression by greeting guests with genuine hospitality.
- Engage guests courteously while seating them efficiently and introducing them to their server
- Manage wait lists during high-volume periods, communicating accurate wait times and setting clear expectations.
- Support smooth dining room flow by coordinating seating and assisting with table maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area, ensuring tables are ready for incoming guests
- Thank guests sincerely and warmly as they depart and invite them to return.
- Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to support a seamless guest experience
- Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company policies and standard.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
