Lot Attendant – Full-Time | $18–$21/hr | No Experience Needed | Larson Cadillac

Larson Cadillac is hiring a Lot Attendant / Driver to support our busy service department.


This is a great entry-level role if you’re dependable, like working with cars, and want a steady job with opportunity to move up.


No experience needed—we’ll train you.

  

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Move and park customer vehicles safely 
  • Wash, vacuum, and prep vehicles for pickup 
  • Drive customers to and from the dealership 
  • Keep the lot and service area organized 
  • Help the service team with day-to-day tasks

  • Reliable and shows up on time 
  • Comfortable driving different vehicles 
  • Good attitude and team player 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Clear and Valid Driver's License. 
  • Ability to multi-task. 
  • Ability to follow directions. 
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission. 
  • Ability to work with little to no direction. 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Clean driving record. 
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.
