Larson Cadillac is hiring an experienced Journeyman Technician for a shop with steady workflow and strong earning potential.

• Earnings: $118,000 – $123,000 annually (based on current production)

  What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently 
• Handle a mix of maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics 
• Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems 
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately 
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality repairs

• Journeyman-level technician experience (required) 
• Strong diagnostic ability 
• Ability to flag hours consistently

Requirements

• ASE certifications are ideal. 
• Strong automotive background 
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
