Job Description
We’re seeking a Front Desk Associate (customer service representative) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to our local office and work closely with service technicians to ensure quality service. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys engaging with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emails
- Assist customers coming to the office for in-house service
- Support daily operations and service technicians
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with a team-oriented office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer and multi-line telephone systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role
- Prior experience with accounting software
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Preferred (Not Required):
- Familiarity with NetSuite software
