Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner supporting Aseptic, Maintenance, and Engineering teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role drives employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent initiatives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Lead investigations and resolve complex workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage & hour)
- Manage leaves of absence and HR processes end-to-end
- Support hiring, onboarding, and talent decisions
- Analyze HR metrics to drive business improvements
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting
- Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Provide HR support across a 24/7 manufacturing operation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience (employee relations focus)
- Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Experience with investigations, performance management, and leave administration
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, judgment, and confidentiality skills
