We are looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Registry:

The Advanced Standing & Graduation Team of the Registry is inviting applications for student trainees to assist with various activities and two major events, including the 38^th University Congregation and distribution of certificates.

Job Specifications

Activities/Events	Job Duties
Preparation of the 38^th University Congregation	Assist in Gown preparation Assist in collation of congregation documents.
University Congregation	Handle general enquiries. Direct students and guests to their seats. Handle other related duties as assigned.
Distribution of Certificates	Assist in distribution of certificate. Assist with crowd control. Handle general enquiries. Handle other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants should be current full-time undergraduate local students of the University who have an outgoing and pleasant personality.

Remuneration

Hourly rate: $75

Terms of Appointment

Appointments will be made on a temporary contract basis. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions if applicable.
