As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct assessments and screenings for Home Care, CAE, and all other agency programs; have consults with agency staff as necessary and develop care plans as needed. Monday- Friday, 9-5, 34 hours worked/ week plus unpaid one hour lunch each day. $37.77 per hour.
What do you need to be considered for this position?
- Excellent computer skills required
- Ability to communicate and work with the elderly and community resources serving the elderly population.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
- Valid MA driver’s license and car required
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Valid RN License.
- Minimum of one-year clinical experience in community health and/or long-term care
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds
- Travel required on a regular basis throughout services area including the Islands. Occasion off-cape travel
