About the Role

KAVE HOME es una marca internacional de muebles y decoración de diseño, creada para inspirar a personas únicas e inconformistas.

Contamos con un equipo global de más de 1.000 profesionales con una misión clara: transformar el sector del mueble y la decoración a través del talento, la digitalización y una experiencia design-to-customer, ofreciendo diseños sostenibles a precios competitivos mediante una propuesta omnicanal.

Para acompañar nuestro crecimiento, buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Asesor/a de Ventas para nuestra tienda de Pamplona, con una jornada de 30 horas semanales y contrato indefinido.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Asesorar y acompañar a los clientes durante todo el proceso de compra, ofreciendo soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades.

  • Impulsar la venta de productos, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.

  • Representar y transmitir los valores, la imagen y la cultura de la marca Kave Home.

  • Garantizar el correcto mantenimiento, orden y presentación de la tienda.

  • Asegurar la correcta gestión y reposición del stock.

  • Trabajar de forma proactiva para mejorar continuamente los resultados individuales y del equipo.

  • Velar por una excelente Customer Experience, situando al cliente en el centro de todas las decisiones.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa de 2–3 años en ventas, preferiblemente en retail.

  • Nivel de inglés medio/alto.

  • Interés y sensibilidad por el mundo del mueble, la decoración y el diseño.

  • Habilidades de comunicación, persuasión y negociación.

  • Orientación a resultados y al cliente.

  • Interés por sectores como retail, interiorismo, e-commerce, moda, publicidad o decoración.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 30 horas semanales en turnos rotativos.

  • Actitud comprometida, proactiva y ganas de formar parte de una empresa dinámica y en constante evolución.
