Integration with systems such as FinDB, BlackLine, OneStream, and other reporting or reconciliation platforms
Validation of end-to-end data flow (e.g., sub-ledger → GL → reporting systems) ensuring reconciliation integrity and no breaks in accounting logic
Provide deep oversight on WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) by:
Ensuring alignment with functional design and accounting requirements
Driving standardization vs customization decisions
Validating technical design (interfaces, data models, enhancements) for scalability, performance, and maintainability

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, functional consultants, and senior specialists across SAP Finance and platform engineering domains, ensuring the right mix of functional depth and technical capability.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and career paths within the team, aligning individual strengths with business priorities and long-term capability needs.
Foster a culture of ownership and accountability, where team members take end-to-end responsibility for deliverables, quality, and outcomes rather than just task execution.
Drive a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to challenge existing processes, reduce inefficiencies, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Lead capability building initiatives across:
SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO and R2R processes)
Integration architecture (e.g., BRIM, data platforms, reconciliation systems)
