About the Role

Description

 Streamline Services, a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in Durham, NC, is looking for a part-time Customer Operations Specialist to join our growing team! If you're a motivated, organized, and positive individual with a passion for helping people, we want to meet you!


What You'll Do:

  • Be the first friendly voice our customers hear via phone, email, and online.
  • Schedule appointments and provide information about our services.
  • Help convert leads into booked services.
  • Manage and prioritize technician schedules.
  • Collaborate with field staff and customers for smooth job execution.
  • Provide administrative support to keep things running smoothly.
  •  Utilize AI technology and office tools to streamline operations. 

 Your Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM
  • In Office, Durham

Requirements

 What You Need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (Dispatching a plus!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Positive, calm, and helpful demeanor in fast-paced situations.
  •  Proficient with standard office software and experience using AI tools
  • A team player eager to learn and grow!
