The Role:

You will be the lead of our grounds team, ensuring our residents have a safe, attractive, and well-maintained place to live year-round. Your day-to-day will involve:

Grounds Maintenance: Day-to-day maintenance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.

Scheduling: Coordinate lawn schedule to include mowing, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and seasonal plantings.

Snow Removal: Coordinate snow removal plans including plowing and salting in the winter.

General Maintenance: Complete maintenance tasks and projects during the off-season.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years of landscaping or groundskeeping, general maintenance skills.

Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Licensing: Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance required, DOT Health Card preferred but will help you obtain if needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.
