Parts/Operation Specialist

 At Ibis Emergency Vehicles, we turn standard vehicles into mission-ready police units. Lights, sirens, radios, computers, and officer safety equipment—we install it all. Our work helps first responders do their jobs safely and effectively, and we take pride in building vehicles that serve our communities. 

What You’ll Be Doing This role is all about keeping our builds moving smoothly. If you like staying organized, working with your hands, and being an essential part of a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. 

• Ordering parts and equipment for vehicle builds 
• Tracking parts from order to arrival 
• Shipping and receiving inventory 
• Managing purchase orders and documentation 
• Pulling parts for upcoming vehicle builds 
• Internal delivery of parts to technicians 
• Basic shop and facility cleaning

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For An organized, dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work in a shop environment. Experience with inventory, parts, or operations is a plus, but not required.
