Premier NX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team.
Our Human Resources team provides leadership, strategic direction, and strong partnership to Premier NX management to integrate business goals into employee strategies and goals. Areas of focus include:
· Strategic alignment of business strategy, capabilities, goals, change management, talent management, employee communication and company values.
· Vision to become an Employer of Choice through staffing, onboarding, employee development, compensation strategies, employee benefits, and employee communication.
The breakdown of duties below is intended to outline primary functions only – HR will operate as a team and support each other in all accountabilities.
Sr Manager: Strategic Alignment and Change Management, Talent and Performance Management, Employer of Choice Initiatives, Management Development, HR Policies and Best Practices, Compensation and Merit Review Practices, Benefits Program, Department Meetings, Metrics (Turnover, New Hire, Current Employees, Open Jobs, etc.)
Manager: Orientation and Onboarding, Benefits Open Enrollment, Employee Communications, promote positive employee relations, Employee questions and concerns, Leaves and Salary Administration, Salary Offers (Reps), Terminations and Off-boarding, Interpretation of company policy, Application of laws and legal issues, Branding (As company and employer), Engagement/ Team Building activities
Recruiter: Sourcing (Postings and Resources), Vendors, Recruiting Screening Process, Efficient Interview flow (HR to Manager), Institutionalize Interview Skills and Selection Process, Onboarding initiation, Staffing Metrics (Open Jobs, Candidate/Hire Ratio, Time to Fill, etc.)
Employment Branding: What is our brand voice? Reputation management, social media, Internal branding/ communications, Recruiting/ sourcing implications, employee experience
Trainer (part of L&D team): structured curriculum; clear process for content creation, delivery, and tracking; employee and team content management; LMS management; evaluation of training impact; and Training Support (Course Assignments, New Hire Profile Set Up, LMS Activate/ Deactivate, etc.)
Coordinator: 401(k) announcements, Benefits Spreadsheet, Onboarding (I-9) (process requires joint responsibility), Employee Documents and Physical Files (Onboard/Offboard – US and Canada), Verifications of Employment, Unemployment; Background Checks, Employee Data Updates (Paylocity), Legal Posters
