Position Overview
The Onsite Dishwasher/Porter supports the Food Team to ensure that kitchens, all FOH including microkitchens areas and equipment are clean, organized and well maintained. This position is a critical position and will need to act quickly in a high-volume, fun and growing office food environment. A collaborative team environment, you will take the lead in much of the cleanliness, organization and safety that makes our food program run.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, stock and maintain dishes.
- Set up plates, napkins, silverware, etc. for lunch service.
- Maintain trash, recycling and compost stations.
- Clean and maintain client micro kitchen and spaces in accordance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support all staff as needed.
- Assist Food team with lunch service, deliveries and dishes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a kitchen Dish environment with a passion for food and people
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication and patience
- Attendance and punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs
- Ability to be a self-sufficient problem solver and make sound decisions on-the-fly
- Strong understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Basic Food Handler Certification
- Smartphone will be needed for communication

Schedule & ExpectationsTypical schedule is Monday through Friday with hours dependent on the service. You are responsible for managing your schedule, based on your shift availability, with your supervisor.Shift details: Monday to Friday
