Join our Facilities Management Team as a Facilities Helpdesk Support Volunteer and play a key role in helping our services operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption.
This role supports Change Grow Live teams across the organisation by responding to facilities and maintenance enquiries and ensuring important issues are logged, tracked, and passed on to the right people.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Facilities Helpdesk Support Volunteer, you will support colleagues and services with day‑to‑day facilities needs. Your role will include:
- Responding to enquiries received by the Facilities Helpdesk
- Acting as a friendly first point of contact for maintenance and premises queries
- Logging and updating requests on the Property Management Database
- Helping arrange contractor visits for maintenance and health & safety work
- Supporting services during moves to new premises or closures
- Assisting with purchasing equipment and services when required
- Keeping clear, accurate records and supporting facilities projects as needed
No prior facilities experience is required — full training and support will be provided.
